- B.A. or B.S.: 124 Semester Hours Total
- Bible & Theology Core: 18 Semester Hours Required, see below for transfer reduction
- Major: 30 or More Semester Hours
- Additional minor: 18-24 Semester Hours
- Additional Advanced Concentration: 12-19 Semester Hours
- Electives: Varies depending on major or minor choice.

Select three of the four Bible courses, both theology courses and one Bible or Theology elective for a total of 18 credits.

Transfer Student Option
Students who enter Multnomah from other institutions may choose to take advantage of a reduced Bible/Theology Core requirement for transfer students. Transfer students should let the Registrar’s office know if they want to complete the 18-credit Bible/Theology minor instead of the reduced-credit transfer option.
Sophomores (30-59 applicable transfer credits) need to complete 12 hours of the core.

Liberal Arts Core Requirements
48 Semester Hours Required
To promote educational breadth, all students completing a Bachelors degree are required to complete work in each of six groups representing comprehensive fields of knowledge: English composition, speech, religious and ministry studies, humanities, social sciences, science, and math. Students transferring credits in the Liberal Arts core education should consult the catalog section, “Transfer of Credit Policies”.
