BU 335 Operations & Supply Chain Management
Most companies use a process known as supply chain management (SCM) to forecast and efficiently meet customer demand for their services or products. In this course, students will learn about logistics and distribution, managing relationships, inventory management, and supply chain integration. Other topics include how to integrate the functional roles of sales, purchasing, supply chain, and operations in order to make tactical decisions with the objective of improving organizational performance.
