CHM 311 Organic Chemistry I

This course will introduce students to the principles of organic chemistry, including nomenclature, reactivity of functional groups, and reaction mechanisms. The laboratory will include synthesis and analysis of chemical compounds. Three hours of lecture and one four-hour laboratory per week.
