GLS 103 Pressing Issues in Global Contexts
Starting with an emphasis on the mission of God, this
introductory course explores pressing issues in contemporary global and North American contexts, in light of Christian witness, effective engagement, personal calling, and vocation. Topics addressed will include world view, intercultural communication, immigration, human trafficking, children at risk, poverty alleviation, among other pressing issues.
