PSYC 302D Organizational Behavior

A study of how organizations function and how humans interact with the organization. Students will learn that life within organizations is often governed in similar ways to life outside the workplace, where their actions are dictated by norms, cultures, and standards. These very characteritics show that human behavior is indeed predictable and can be used to accomplish organizational goals.
