BUS 321 Business Ethics
Business ethics is the moral analysis of business activity and
practices. It considers business actions and decisions in the
light of moral principles and values, and asks whether ethical
motives in business activity would make business better and more
effectively serve the common good. The world of the marketplace
is fraught with ethical challenges that require careful reflection
in light of the Biblical concepts of holiness, justice and love.
This course will explore numerous ethical theories to develop
a comprehensive biblical perspective on contemporary issues
such as accounting, consumer behavior, marketing, management,
employee relationships, discrimination and sustainability.
