BUS 331 Organizational Behavior
OB is the study of human behavior in organizations and
emphasizes concepts and practical methods for understanding,
analyzing, and predicting individual, group, and organizational
behavior. Topics include work motivation, team-work, group
dynamics, decision making, conflict and negotiation, leadership,
power, job enrichment and organizational culture. Ethical and
inter-cultural considerations are also addressed. Course also
listed as Psy 331. Credit can only be earned once for either Bus
331 or Psy 331.
