GLS 614 Economic and Community Development

This course explores theories and principles in economic and community development, highlighting effective and transformational approaches that result in local and participatory action leading to positive change in communities. Poverty alleviation and sustainable solutions are emphasized as students learn to work and support necessary changes in cross-cultural and multicultural contexts today.
