GLS 650 Global Immersion Studies
The course connects cultural studies through travel with learning in justice, development, and peacebuilding contexts as students meet with thought leaders and organizations demonstrating contextural practices and approaches. The emphasis of this course is on experiential learning in relation to complex issues and global concerns through short-term study abroad in different countries where partner organizations have invited us. Each time this course is offered it is further defined with a subtitle and detailed information about the trip.
This may be audited or substitute another course with permission from MAGDJ Director.
